Cancellation Policy

At Nomad Nanny, I understand that life can change unexpectedly, and I strive to accommodate your needs as much as possible. To ensure fairness and efficiency, the following cancellation terms apply:

• Travel Nanny Bookings:
  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of booking will receive a 100% refund of the deposit.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before travel will result in the forfeiture of the 1-day deposit.
• Backup Nanny Bookings:
  • No deposit or fees are required for backup nanny bookings.
• Weekend Nanny Bookings:
  • Advance weekend bookings require a 25% deposit of the total service cost.
  • The same refund policy as travel bookings applies:
    • Cancellations made within 48 hours of booking will receive a 100% refund of the deposit.
    • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the service date will result in the forfeiture of the 25% deposit.
  • Last-minute weekend bookings do not require a deposit.
